Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return or exchange, please contact us at xcetra1908@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as X-Cetra Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges To exchange an item, follow the same return process and indicate the item you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Final Sale Items All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right at no cost to you.
